The core systems go live within your 14-day Sprint, so missed calls get a reply and enquiries get followed up almost straight away. What that's worth depends on your call volume and pricing, which we map honestly on the audit call. We don't promise revenue figures — we build the mechanisms that stop leads slipping away.
Brytin is a UK limited company with a registered office in England and named people you'll deal with directly. Your systems are built within 14 days of deposit and complete access, on a proven framework configured around your business. If you leave, we export your data and give you documented workflow specifications, and the retainer is rolling: cancel with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.
Every engagement begins with a one-time Onboarding & Build (£997) and a monthly retainer from £297 — no VAT is charged while Brytin is not VAT registered. It starts with a free 15-minute audit: we map your first automations and send a written teardown, no hard sell. If it's a fit, we book your Sprint.
Roughly a couple of hours up front — a discovery call and access to the tools we need — then a short sign-off before go-live. After that it's designed to save you time, not cost it. We handle the building; you keep running your business.
You receive an onboarding email, and a person contacts you within one business day (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK). We send the Data Processing Agreement and Order Form for you to sign electronically. Once they are signed, we send simple invitations for you to give us access. We never ask for passwords by email. The 14-day clock starts from payment and complete access, which includes the signed documents.
Your Onboarding & Build fee and first retainer payment are refundable in full until discovery starts. Discovery never starts earlier than 48 hours after payment unless you ask, and never before the Data Processing Agreement is signed. After that the Onboarding & Build fee is non-refundable. Retainers are rolling with 30 days' notice, and annual plans are refunded for unused whole months.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Card data never touches Brytin systems. The full terms are visible before you are charged, and Client Terms acceptance is required.
Yes. Add-ons bolt on at any time without touching your live system: social content from £250 a month, campaign landing pages at £840 one-off for retainer clients, and additional AI voice minutes billed at cost on Partner plans. Full scope lives on the Add-ons & extras page.
