These terms apply only to your use of this website. They do not apply to our services. If you buy our services, the Brytin Client Terms at https://brytin.co.uk/client-agreement are the only terms that govern them, together with the documents they refer to.

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with finding out about our services. You must not misuse it: for example, by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or scraping it by automated means.
4. Information on this website
The content is general information about our services. It is not advice. Figures and examples are illustrative unless we say otherwise, and are not a promise of results. Prices are in GBP. Brytin is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, VAT will be added at the applicable rate, as the Client Terms explain. The Client Terms, and your Order Form if you have one, set out what is included, delivery times, refunds and cancellation.

Buying online (summary only — the Client Terms govern)
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Ticking the consent box and paying forms a contract on the Client Terms. After payment we send a Data Processing Agreement and an Order Form for electronic signature, and your 14-day build starts once we have your payment, the signed documents and access.
